Scope

These terms cover use of the CBA UK website only. Payment, examination conduct, credential award and cancellation rights are governed by the terms of enrolment, which you accept at checkout when you buy anything here.

What we publish here

Exam blueprints, pass marks, formats and prices shown on this site may change. A change to a blueprint or a pass mark takes effect from the next examination cycle: within a cycle they are fixed, and we will not change them mid-cycle.

Our status

CBA UK is a private certification body. Our awards are certifications of CBA UK. They are not regulated qualifications, we are not a regulated awarding organisation, and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any other certification body. Where we refer to another organisation it is for identification only and implies no relationship.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Do not use the credential register other than to verify a specific credential you hold the ID for. Automated harvesting is prohibited.
• Do not misrepresent a relationship with CBA UK, including claiming accreditation as a training provider that you do not hold.

Accuracy

We take care to keep this site accurate and will correct errors promptly when we find them or you tell us. If you believe something here is misleading, tell us and we will look at it.

Liability

We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
