Refund policy
What is refundable, for how long, and how to request a refund. This policy applies to every order placed on this site.

Your statutory cancellation right
For consumers buying online in the UK, the Consumer Contracts Regulations give a 14-day right to cancel. Digital content is an exception: if you access study material within those 14 days, you waive the right for that content, and we will tell you so explicitly at checkout rather than burying it here.
What we offer beyond that
- Unused exam vouchers — full refund within 30 days of purchase, provided the voucher has not been redeemed.
- Study material — full refund within 14 days if you have not accessed it.
- Bundles — refunded on the same basis, pro-rated across the components you have and have not used.
- Failed exams — not refundable. A re-sit is available at the re-sit fee stated on each certification page.
- If we cancel or materially change a programme after you have paid — full refund, whatever stage you have reached.
Pass guarantees
CBA does not operate a “pass guarantee” or a refund-if-you-fail scheme, and Approved Learning Partners are contractually prohibited from advertising one on CBA’s behalf.
How to request a refund
Contact us with your order reference. We aim to decide within five working days and to return funds within fourteen days of agreeing a refund.
